BREW BELT 110VOLT

This simple low wattage (25 watts) heater puts heat only where you want it. Straps it around any plastic (not glass) fermenter of 5-7 gallon capacity, and it will keep your beer or wine at least 10 degrees warmer than the surrounding air. Much more efficient than trying to heat a room to keep your ferment going.
Caution: this heater is not an immersion heater, and is not designed to be used immersed or in wet environments.
This electric heating belt can help to maintain minimum fermenting temperatures in cold rooms or basements. Indispensable for making wine during Minnesota winters! Fits 5, 6, or 7.5 gallon plastic buckets; although the Brew Belt will also fit 3, 5, 6 and 6.5 gallon carboys, the manufacturer does not recommend using it with glass fermenters.
