Due to current Postal Strike, all order's will be shipped via Purolator or Fed-ex. We will be absorbing any additional shipping cost's.
No shipping possible to P.O. Boxes.
The terms, policies and conditions described below govern the use of this Website (referred to as "Canadian HomeBrew Supplies Inc" or "Website"). Your use and/or placement of any order with Canadian HomeBrew Supplies Inc of Ontario indicate your acceptance of these conditions.
Shipping Fees are Estimated via Canada Post servers. We only charge actual cost and don’t worry about a couple dollars either way as it all works out in the end. If shipping is less your account is credited, If more we request it. This has worked well for many years, and all user’s abide by it. If any Item states contact us for actual shipping fees, please do so with your postal code before placing the order.
Shipping Times: Orders received before 1:00 PM EST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders received between 1:00 PM EST and 2:00 PM EST may ship the same day, orders after 3:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, And Holiday’s, will ship Next Available business day.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit times offered to you by Canadian HomeBrew Supplies Inc or other parties as an ESTIMATE ONLY. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS IS THE CORRECT DESTINATION ADDRESS, AS ALL SHIPPING LABELS ARE CREATED FOR THIS DESTINATION. PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING OR REDIRECT COSTS OCCURRED FOR AN INCORRECT ADDRESS.
What happens if my package is rejected or returned?
If an order is returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Canadian Homebrew Supplies reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to deduct certain amount in the refund for costs incurred related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise. Warranty return cost are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refund's are accepted up to 15 days from purchase date on unopened products only, refunds are not accepted on Ingredient's or opened products. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, a restocking fee of 15% and payment processing fee of 3.5% will be deducted. We know you want your items ASAP Our goal is to make that happen. Orders placed before 1:00 EST Tue-Fri will ship that day, orders placed after 3:00 pm EST Tue-Fri will ship next business day, but sometimes will go out the same day, depending on how busy our shipping department is on that day. One of our top goals is to get your orders out ASAP, so we try our best to get your order shipped out the same day if at all possible. We are very well known for our fast, well packaged, and reliable shipping.
Adding to existing order (Combining 2 orders into 1) FAQ:
Question: I forgot a couple parts in my order, and I want to add them to the order before it ships?
Answer: If your order is marked as "processing", you can still add to an order by simply making another order and leaving instructions in the "order comments" to combine the order with your order placed earlier; (as long as the previous order is NOT marked as "Pick ticket printed" it is still possible to combine multiple orders.) Once the second order is made and all orders are shipped we will calculate the total shipping charge for both/all orders in one shipment. In most cases adding a small light weight item or two does not change the shipping charge at all, large bulky items will incur an additional cost that we will request from you via paypal.
NOTE: You can check the status of your orders and/or Store credit by logging in to your CanadianHomebrew.ca account, and clicking "My Account " at the top of the page. Remember, once your order is marked as "Pick ticket printed" OR "shipped" we can no longer add to that order. It has been boxed, sealed, and labeled, and is most likely on its way to the post office.

Odd and bulky Items that require 2 or more packages. example "1/2" auto-siphon and a case of bottles cannot ship together. You will be contacted.
