Chitosan 1% Half of the excellent fining product Super Kleer K-C available in a bulk size. Added in the secondary, chitosan improves flocculation, and removes yeast cells, fruit particles, and other material that can cause hazy wine.
Add 1.5 to 2 oz per 5 to 6 gallons to clear. Works best when used with Kieselsol.
