Counter-pressure bottling allows you to transfer chilled, carbonated beer from a keg to a bottle with minimal foaming and CO2 loss. This filler has three valves - one to purge an empty beer bottle with CO2, one to control gas flow to push the beer, and one to control liquid flow of beer from keg to bottle.
