This false bottom is constructed of heavy gauge 18-8 stainless steel perforated with 3/32" holes with sturdy stainless steel handles and feet. The false bottom stands 1 1/2" above the bottom of the pot. Approx 14" wide, fits the 8 gallon Polarware Brewpot. Pot sold separately.
