This book has some great, unusual recipes. My father gave it to me when I started making wine this year. He bought it MANY years ago when he did a few batches of strawberry wine. It is straight forward and gives several options for fruits both common and uncommon. Easy to use for the beginner and enough options for challenge for the experienced wine maker.
